Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
About this policy
Remarkable Staffing, LLC (“Remarkable Staffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes here how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through remarkablestaffing.com and related recruiting and staffing communications. This policy covers visitors, applicants, and business contacts. Separate notices and agreements may apply to employee records, background screening, payroll, or a client’s systems.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide through forms, applications, document uploads, email, telephone, and text messages. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, résumé, work history, education, qualifications, professional licenses and certifications, availability, job preferences, and messages. Employer inquiries may include company details, staffing needs, and business contact information.
Where requested for a specific assignment or onboarding, documents may include CPR and First Aid certifications or TB screening documentation. Submit only information requested for the stated purpose. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, identity documents, diagnoses, or unrelated medical records in general website inquiries. Contact our team for instructions before submitting sensitive information beyond an expressly requested document.
Website and security tools may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, page visits, referring pages, dates and times, and information about unsuccessful or suspicious requests. We also use analytics and advertising tracking technologies as described below. Our website uses Rybbit for analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; review applications and qualifications; communicate about opportunities; match applicants with staffing needs; coordinate interviews, assignments, and onboarding; maintain recruiting records; operate and improve the website; measure marketing activity; protect against misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Background checks or other screening that require a separate disclosure or authorization are handled through that process. This policy does not replace those disclosures or authorize a background check.
How information is shared
We share relevant applicant information with prospective hiring clients to evaluate candidates and coordinate placements. The information shared depends on the opportunity and the stage of the recruiting process. Contact us before submission if you have questions about a particular client disclosure.
Service providers may process information to support website hosting, forms, application management, communications, security, analytics, advertising, and business operations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services. A business transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable obligations.
Sensitive screening information requires separate consideration and any authorization required by applicable law; it is not treated as ordinary résumé information for unrestricted sharing.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. Analytics and advertising providers may receive device identifiers, IP addresses, and information about website activity. Advertising technologies may link activity across websites or devices.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions and does not necessarily stop all tracking. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights concerning targeted advertising or disclosures considered a sale or sharing of personal information. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
Email and text communications
We send recruiting communications and marketing emails and use text messaging for recruiting. Where required, a separate consent process applies. Submitting an application does not by itself authorize automated promotional texts or calls.
You can use an unsubscribe link in a marketing email, where provided, or contact us to stop marketing messages. For recruiting texts, reply STOP or contact us to request that texts stop. Message frequency varies and carrier message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communications concerning an application or existing relationship.
Retention and security
We normally retain applications and uploaded documents for one year. A longer period may apply where required by law or necessary to address a legal claim or preservation obligation. Records created for employment, payroll, or an ongoing client relationship may be subject to a separate retention schedule. Contact us with questions about a particular record or to request deletion where available under applicable law.
No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe your information has been submitted or accessed improperly. This policy does not promise that every file submission will succeed; security controls may reject an upload.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to update your contact information, correct an application, withdraw from consideration, change communication preferences, or request access to or deletion of information. Rights and exceptions vary by location and the nature of the records. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Withdrawing an application or requesting deletion does not automatically erase records held independently by a client or another provider.
Please do not send identity documents in an initial privacy request. We will explain any verification needed through an appropriate process.
Children and external services
This website is intended for people seeking work and businesses seeking staffing services; it is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Other websites and services linked from this site have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The effective date on this page will identify the current version. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
